I bought a car at this dealer 1919 oates dr mesquite texas.I took the car for ild change and the mechanics forgot to put the screw on it . So my car was leaking oil . I noticed after 6 days because my car was shaking . This vehicle is 6 months ols . I boughit whit 0 millage so i should't be having this issue . I feel loki since im not american they aren´t doing what they should to help me.All they have told me is that they working on it . They din´teven take the time to contact me to let me know, i have to be calling to ask . Never recived a call or an apology from the manager i will never agin purchase a vehicle from this dealer nor the brand. From this awfull experince and terrible customer service i dn´t recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this location due to the lack of professionalism. I will finish the lease and return vehicle so i can change dealers and get a vehicle worth paying for
