Walmart

I have been trying to get my acct activated for my 3 prescriptions on the 10$ 90 day mail out plan, with your service in Carrolton Tx. I have contacted by phone 4 times to get this set up and I keep getting that they will call my Dr. and to call back in two days to verify setup of acct. Today I called for the 4th time with the same results, not done and I can only refill one, I have a year of refills on file with my Dr on all? I am tired of calling the incompetent people who can't get this done for me. I am trying to be a Walmart customer but they can't seem to get it dome.
