Choice Hotels International

We prepaid a visit to this hotel on an advance purchase. Upon arriving at the hotel the clerk informed us that our reservations were not correct. We went through this numerous times with her that this was an advance purchase. We thought we had it worked out till we returned home from our trip. We found out that switched our reservations and that she added charges to our credit card three days after we left. Very rude and very disrespectful woman. After returning home wee read the details from our prepaid email only to read that these reservations can not be cancelled, refunded, or changed. This hotel lied cause they sure changed our reservation and charged us the daily rate for that day, not the discounted rate we thought.
