Hello my name is Carlos from Carlinks automotive account number is 323-6009 I call my local store located at del Valle Texas zip code 78601 I asked for my parts and they told me they don't have any stock so they referred me to the warehouse the one is by stassney ln and south first in Austin TX 78745 because I got a customer waiting I decide to send my mechanic to pick up my parts I called before to drive that way I spoke to Mr Lee to have my parts ready for me to pick up make me wait 25 minutes to start looking for my parts because he didn't have the info where I gave him before please pay attention to it if they need more employees please it's time to do it I'm a small company trying to get bigger but without your help guys it's not going to be possible I'm stick with you all the time if not we will start business AutoZone more often or whoever is going can help us thank you
