I've called on three separate occasions being on hold approximately 35 minutes, 45 minutes & 40 minutes respectively without assistance. I placed an online on on 5/30/2023 for pickup & paid online. When I went to pick up the order, I was informed that they didn't have my order - I offered to show them my confirmation on my phone but the person wasn't interested and just told me that they didn't have it. I was charged $31.79 for my order which has been deducted from my account; however, I never received the order that I placed.
Desired outcome: I required a refund of $31.79 and an explanation on why an online order was never received by the store.
KFC - the unprofessionalism of the staff and the uncleanliness of the fountain drink dispensary
this afternoon I witnessed 3 things that have when on in the diner of one of the KFC's here in Austin Texas. One, the unprofessionalism of the shift manager towards another employee who subsequently quit because of her 2 the soda dispensary had mold inside of the filters as well as around the Soda dispensary had water and ice everywhere and 3 the cashier was unable to provide the correct amount of change towards a customer addition the dining room was dirty and unswept.
