On friday, april 1st I went to discuss the diagnostics and repair of my car, the repair shop craig was there speaking with another customer and they were having a lengthy conversation about personal matters not pertaining to the customers repair. Then I asked if he could get me my car because I was in a hurry and I was going to take my car home and bring it at a later date. Then craig got very upset and said wait your f word turn. Then he said you are a dumb a$ for buying a car you cant afford to maintain. Note I had decided that I was going to do the repairs myself to save a thousand dollars, because youtube and I am a good mechanic. I just wanted a diagnostic and I got what I wanted but he had to be so discourteous and offensive. I was not going to do anything about it but he asked me to report him he said "go ahead and call corporate my name is craig."
