Ralph Lauren

We are regular customers of Ralph lauren and happy with the products until we were humiliated to return one Kids Tshirt out of 20 products bought and staff insults us by saying that this tshirt was worn and we did alter the tags . We didnt even use the t shirt and tag was as is as we bought from the store . He was checking the tshirt by inspecting the collars and inside out and telling us that with his experience he was sure that this tshirt was used . Why will we return just one tshirt out of 20 products bought . He doubts that we have tampered the tag which was attached ..This is very disappointing and annoying customer service .
