Bank of America - They said they don't have my account in there.

I closed my account with Bank of America last week and got 21 cents back after closed it then i opened another bank. I told my work to not direct deposit with Bank of America but it was too late so I called bank of america told them i closed it they should send it back to my work then they said they took $400 for negative. left me $300 . They were wrong. so I went to bank and they told me they don't have my information on their system anymore and refused to give my money back. I had to call my work payroll to have them call the Bank of America. I have bills to pay today and I'm not happy with the Bank of America. Thats why i closed with them because my bills were always late they didn't pay them right away. I'm so sick of the Bank of America.

I agree. I have been on hold for 15 minutes waiting for a supervisor to complain to.
I HATE BANK OF AMERICA !
