The store manager, Rosa, was quite rude, and unwilling to give me my product. Even though I had a valid drivers licenses. A few years back I washed it, now there are two tiny little bubbles on the id. I checked with the state and have never had a problem with this until today. I lived in Nashville for 27 years, and I also am a manager for a company called Street Tuxedo that runs a warehouse/storefront right up the street. You just lost a lot of good returning customers after that. I've been all over the nashville are Broadway, midtown, cool springs, and north nashville, this has never been an issue. It seemed like a cry for attention for Rosa honestly. If someone has a valid ID that scans, you should probably make sure your employees give what ever the customer ask. It's not her job to decide what's valid or not valid when it works fine. I'm a very busy person and I don't have time to go to the dmv. Rosa has to be the worst manager I've ever seen, all her employees were sitting downs on there phones. I just expect to be treated fairly, I will not be returning.
