Americas Best Value Inn

I've paid for a week stay on May 27-June 3 On Mon. Night I was having really bad respiratory problems due to the bathroom sink leaking water onto the carpet which has black mold & mildew on it. I address to GM Tues a.m to see if he could put me in another room due to the unbearable smell (code/health hazard) coming from the wet spot on floor he replays, "that I didn't pay extra $ for the type of room that was empty & he had available he goes onto saying if I didn't like it I could leave." Very rude! Needless to say I'm still stuck here inside this room #160 I do have a slight case of asthma which isn't any better for this situation. Please help!
