KFC

I stopped at KFC on Lebanon Road in Mt Juliet, Tn and ordered 3 meals. I got home and was looking forward to eating. After opening the meals with my family waiting, they were all wrong. Needless to say, this ruined our evening. We could not eat them and I was very upset because I had promised my family to bring chicken home. I would like a full refund plus a gift card for all of my troubles involving this order. I tried to call the KFC store 3 different times and never got an answer. I have my receipt ($23.28) but was unable to attach the file on this form. If I could get an email, I will be glad to forward it to you. Ticket #4983.
