Sedgwick claims to be there for the injured worker, I have had nothing but issues from Emily Taylor who has gone out of her way to drag on my workers compensation claim. She acts as if she is a doctor and knows better than orthopedic surgeons. I would like to see her MCAT scores she couldn't take care of injured farm animals. She's about as pathetic as Tradesmen International.

Mam where did you read Sedwick claim to be there for the worker? Please direct me tell me, there motto is deny ever short term disability and long term disability. I advise you to go on line and apply for a job as a claims adjuster and it will tell you those same words.
I am really sorry you are having an issue. What type of injury did you suffer that your claim is being denied may I ask?. My reply early was wrong page sorry. Someone said Sedgwick was standup and it was the employer not Sedgwick which is totally incorrect.
