On Jan.2 I went to my local dollar tree to look for products to do my video, I went to the restroom and came out and went over to the pet department and was looking at the bones and was approached by an employee and she asked "are you planning on purchasing all the items in your buggy" I said excuse me as I was taken back a little, and she repeated herself and I said of course I plan on it when I get done and get to the checkout like everyone else. She said
"well where are the gems at because when you went to the restroom I looked in your buggy" I said there stl in the buggy see and picked them up for her to see. I said I dont know what your problem is but as soon as I walked in you and the cashier gave me dirty looks and was acting juvenile. I asked to speak to the manager and she laughed and said she is the manager which I dont know if that's true as she had no employee shirt or tag to identify herself
So I asked for her name she walked away so I left my buggy there in the isle and processed to follow her and was asking her for her name and she kept walking and went into a room so I left
She was very unprofessional and truly embarrassed me
I normally go to all the dollar trees in my area at least 3 times a week as I do dollar tree decor and what's new videos once a week I haven't been back since this happened because I do not feel like being treated like a criminal for shopping
