This BK is very hard to get to because of its location and there is no direct enternece into their parking lot you must drive thru the shopping center parking lot to get to it.
Also the parking lot lights have not been working for a while now and it is very very dark and also the building signage is also not working so it seems closed all the time!
The drive thru is only using one window as the first one is blocked off and painted black. Now I get up to the drive their window and the person doesn't greet me what so ever! And then hands me my drink with soda dripping all down the sides! And it was 3/4 full and I asked her to fill it up more but she just put more ice into it and handed it back to me. I really wanted more soda not ice!
And then when I was handed my bag of food I was not greeted again by saying thank you for visiting BK! So I will not not return to this Bk I will choose another place to eat. So please get this store back up to standard!
Also the other BK on university drive and oakland park blvd is the worst one I've ever been to! I stopped going there years ago because of bad service and workers that don't care about their jobs one bit I really don't want to even start about this BK store I'm surprised it's still open! I've lived out here close to this store since 1973 when it was first built and it has been going down hill for many of years.
So again please please get these stores in shape! I really have no complaints about the food at the 10000 store but the other one I have so many complaints about the entire store, service and food! This one really should be closed down!
