I’m am not a guest but was an employee there who got fired via phone on day off. I am making a complaint about the GM Elizabeth Lombardo who had a conversation with me yesterday smoothed everything out made me finish my prep work and then calls me today to fire me. Also she made us lie on an employee to say the employee who has reached out to the hotline stole money out of the office which she did not steal money out of office at all. Also lots more of undercover things being done at that location. Also complaint on Jaci who told me she took $1800 deposit because she was short on bills and had to get things for her baby. She stole it. Elizabeth called me and stayed that I couldn’t treat managers the way I treated Jaci. Which I’m not sure how I treated her being that I didn’t say anything to her. When I was key hourly manager I had incident with employees how they treated me etc. and I was told to sit down with them and talk to them however I’m getting fired. Also Elizabeth creates a schedule for managers to be approved by the area director Todd but then creates a fake 1 so she can have the schedule she wants. As a key hourly manager I had to close and open the store on several occasions. I’ve had to do inventory alone because Elizabeth decided she wanted to leave early which she’s done more than 20 times. There is a lot more that needs to be discussed. Please reach out to me. This is wrongful termination and I don’t think it’s right I get fired because a manager doesn’t like me who once was best friends. When jaci stole that money she didn’t get fired she just got written up. I called out due to the schedule not being completely done and 6 hrs before the shift is supposed to start is when I see I’m supposed to work but I’m out of town. I text liz to let her know she then takes me off the schedule for a entire month. It’s not fair there. I believe because I was the only guy they discriminated against me.
Desired outcome: A conversation. And moved to part time.
