Firehouse Subs - Manager and staff on duty very rude

Incident occurred on 9/18/23 around 9pm at the Firehouse in Greenville SC 765 Haywood Rd Ste B3, Greenville, SC 29607 store # 131. Me and my daughter walked into the establishment and there was no greeting from manager nor staff. There was one person sitting and 3 people standing which i thought they were in line, but they confirmed that they weren't. Upon walking to the counter i said "Hello how are you" and i acknowledged the fact that neither of them spoke and they were just staring at me. The menu item i wanted was no longer available on menu (Jamaican jerk sub) so i was unaware of sizing and pricing. I requested a small sub and when i received my order i asked for a medium. At this point the manager was on the line fixing food with an earbud in and couldn't hear the worker ask what he should do in the situation, so he removed the earbud with a gloved hand and walked over to assist. The worker refunded the order and rang it up again which i was fine with. After the worker finished at the register he proceeded to fix my sandwich without changing the gloves so i politely asked could he change his gloves and the manager looked at him and laughed. He was touching his face and nose area with the glove and also the register screen. I asked the manager was there a problem with me asking him to change the gloves he replied in a smart tone saying he can laugh cause that's his business. I then requested a full refund so he was upset and stated that he wasnt sorry so i replied dont be sorry be careful. He became irate leaning in my face asking was i threatening him so i began to record for me and my daughters safety. The workers and manager were being confrontational and there was another customer in the lobby area waiting for food.

Desired outcome: I would appreciate that the proper actions be taken place against the manager and worker that was involved in the situation. I would also want a response back regarding the situation and the update on the outcome.
