Hello im Anthony Wright I took my car a 2016 dodge dart to the 9728 two knotch rd May 12,2022 to firestone to fix a leaky gas line. After a few hrs the technicinan told me that i also needed a fuel pump. The car was driving perfect with no issues so I told him just to change the gas line. After 2 days i got a phone call at 439 pm May 14th from them stating that after they dropped the gas tank that the fuel pump was cracked also. i declined the fuel pump from the start so there was no reason for them to break it. I am now getting told that the car is undrivable and i will have to get it towed. The technician is trying to charge me a hundred of dollars for there time . I agreed to pay for the diagnostics but this car was drivable and i refuse to have it towed until its put back together abd drivable like i bought it there .I am schedule to go the the shop with my professional mechanic and my attornie Vannie Williams Monday morning May16th to see if this issue gets resolved . Desired outcome: I am willing to pay for the diagnostic and gas line as promised ,but if the pump is no longer useable that should be taken care of by firestone, The car was driving perfect with no issues when we took it to them.
