Big 5 Sporting Goods - Manager / name Brenda

I had bought sunglasses for my brother 2 days ago but I was not shur if he was going to like them or not so I asked the cashier if he didnt like them could i return them and she said " as long as you have the receipt there won't be an issue." I said thank you. Today I went in to return the item with a receipt and in perfect condition as well as a witness. Brenda / manager told me that she could not return them, I had explained to her in a polite manner that I had just bought them 2 days ago and explained what the other manager from bend told me, she claimed she could not do it because they were already worn on my greasy head, I felt hurt when she said that because I do have a sweating disorder almost as if she was being racist but I've bought from that big 5 store many times before and never had an issue with Brenda or anyone. It's sad because I loved shopping at that store but after this I just dont know if any of us will be going back in there until this issue is resolved. I've never written a complaint before in my life and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused for the corporate and Brenda/ manager but I'm sure if you look at the surveillance footage you could see that what I'm telling you is true . I just felt like I was treated very poorly and with a disregard of others when she threw the sunglasses on the floor and told me that she is not giving me a return receipt after she did the return she ripped the receipt in my face and proceeded to throw it away. I dont want to take further action because I like the store but I just wouldn't want this to happen to sumone else. And I know she just did a return for one of my friends that didnt have an i.d. and she is more than willing to testify on my behalf and it will also be on your guys servalience cameras . I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused . And thank you for taking the time to read this. I also have pictures on my phone while returning them at the counter.
