Lowe's

My husband purchased an item and was double billed for it. He simply tried to have the unauthorized charge remove. The Manager (the Pakistan man) was so nasty we had to contact the corporate office. When my husband told him he was going to complain to the corporate office he told him he was not allowed back in the store. This is the United States and it DOES NOT work that way. I found out later even the employees at the stores can't stand this guy and they said he is always like that. Why is he still employed there!
