Purchased a sectional for around $4000. Corner piece was 1 1/2 lower then the adjacent pieces. Had service come out to fix 6 times. Still no better. Last time the service person visited not only wasn't it any better but he broke off the pin holding the piece in place. Laz-e-boy said that the piece was fixed and offered me $200 for the problem. Never received the money or any offer to try again to fix the unit. Have a sectional that is not only unpleasant to look at but the corner is useless. Photo shows a the 1 1/2 gap between the corner and adjacent pieces.
Desired outcome: Refund all my money and take away the useless sectional.
