On January 4, 2020 at 4:20pm I went to the Downingtown pa. Store on Wallace Ave to talk to an employee about the above product I believed I was overcharged for, I was directed to the store asst or manager, her name was Fran, I produced my sales receipt and explained to her about my overcharge and the correct price that was posted, a difference of maybe $7.00, the lady was very rude and disrespectful, she did not want to hear what I had to say and kept ranting on I was wrong and look at the price quoted on the shelf, I showed her the price I looked up but to no avail, I usually let problems go if not handled this way, the lady needs how to act professional and dealing with people, I'll send my receipt and price in you as.
