Kohl's - Manager Reggie Khols

I returned pants from previous purchase which had totaled$ 273.92. I had accumulated $50 Khol cash. When I returned the pants the "cash" went down to $45 as expected. The return receipt stated $45 dollars cash available. BTW I stood in line for 45 mins just to get up to customer service. I then continued to shop for other items I needed. I stood in another very long line to checkout but that line moved more quickly. When the girl checked me out, another purchase over $200, I tryed to use the Khol cash. She said she needed a # so she called the manager. The manager came over and said my return receipt was not good enough. I need the original receipt. She would not give me the Khols cash. So after spending 2 hrs in the store I left empty handed. I went home and found my original receipt after some searching. I was disgusted and annoyed as I am a loyal customer and I spend alot of money at that store. I went back and there was a new girl at customer service. I told her that it was a bad experience and horrible customer service. She explained to me that I needed a"pin", which I did not have. At that point I was so disgusted I was just ready to leave and cancel my charge forever. Kim was so kind and helpful. She gave me a discount and explained how the Khols cash work with the "pin" etc. She agreed the that the experience I had could have and should have been avoided. Because of Kim I will continue to shop at Khols however you should really provide FAR better cutomer service. As I said, I have been a customer for a long time and I have seen a difference a big difference a customer service of late. Some of my other friend have also notice this. So a day which was very upsetting to me because it was frustrating and very time consuming, was made better by one knowledgeable, kind, competent women, KIM, who took the time to listen and wanted to resolve it. The previous manager, Reggie, obviously did not nor did she care how I felt. If this type of customer service continues your going to loose alot of customers.
