Bob Evans

We purchase soup from Bob Evans ALL the time. I've been eating your Chicken Noodle Soup forever and I'm always happy with it. We ordered a quart of Chicken Noodle and a quart of Potato Soup.

Because I've been purchasing your Chicken Noodle Soup for so long I know exactly how it is. It's filled with lots of chicken, veggies and a ton of noodles. I received a quart of broth with very little stuff laying on the bottom. I was so disappointed. Maybe the bottom of the barrel I don't know but it was terrible. I was sick and looking forward to having Bob Evan's soup. If I wasn't sick, I would have gone back to the restaurant and requested a replacement.

I will add a photo of my soup and you will see, it really is unacceptable. My receipt shows Check # 50182 (1/28/2023 @ 5:44 p.m.). If you need any further information I'd be happy to accommodate, I saved my receipt.
