McDonald's - slow service/refusal to serve breakfast

It appears that McDonalds advertises their breakfast menus that are in effect until 10:30 am. It apparantley does NOT matter if the customer was in line before this so-called "cut-off" time - at 10:30 if the staff doesn't take your order by then you are out of luck. This happened on 2 differnet occasions at 2 differnet locations. The last one in Greencastle Pa was most insulting.

I was in line (both) times about 10:25 am and (both) times the customers ahead of me got their breakfast orders filled. (Both) times the teenage help were talking to the other teenagers of the opposite sex instead of taking the orders at the counter. When it was my turn to order and I stated what I wanted, they said "we stop serving breakfast at 10:30. I stated the fact I had been in line before 10:30 and basically got no reply. I asked for the manager of the Greencastle establishment and she hollered back " do you have any breakfast items back there? I know you didn't (throw) them out." What they had was NOT want I wanted. I told the manager (Sue Webber) the same thing happened 6 months ago at a differnet location and this is not right to refuse to make breakfast item(s) for a customer that has been waiting for over 10 minutes. She said we are no longer making breakfast items, we are now serving lunch. I told her I was going to write to McDonalds management abaout this and right there in front of every customer she made the remark = Go ahead, and have a nice day!" The customers looked at me like I was a convict. THIS WAS HIGHLY UNCALLED FOR ! ! ! !

I then sent an email to McDonalds headquarters and then got a phone call from the district manager to call her. I work 2 jobs and leave at 6am and don't return home until nearly 11pm. I called and told the district manager this on the voice mail. I then contacted the phone # left and got another recording. Again, I left the same message and asked for free coupons for the RUDE treatment I got. The first occasion I wanted 6 McMuffins, the 2nd occasion I wanted 4. The first time they offered an apology letter with just a measly 2 coupons, which I sent back stating I wanted 6. This 2nd occasion I wanted 4. Total requested was now 10. I had left a message with some "kid" for the manager to call or write me and if I didn't get the coupons, I would write a letter to BBB. I didn't, so I wrote to BBB. Today, BBB sent me a "very" detailed list of the times McDonalds tried to contact me but did not reply back. McDonalds had really insulted me with what they wrote to BBB. But guess what, they did NOT state that the managers ever tried to call me back or write me because of my work schedule. My ONLY day off is Sunday. Now I received 4 coupons for the 10 I asked for.

NO MCDONALDS, I ASKED FOR 10 BECASUE OF THE RUDENESS YOU MANAGERS GAVE TO ME IN PUBLIC AND WILL (NOT) SETTLE FOR LESS. You are a multi-billion dollar industry and you can't make good on a measly 10 coupons to a customer that was in line before the cut-off time and then was publicly humilated by the manager. I am pursuing this with BBB as "unresolved"!

What a complete butt wipe. I hope they give you the six, or better yet ten Egg McMuffins. This will just ensure your life ends quicker than any of us could ever hope. Stupidity should be punishable by the offender being force fed Dollar Menu Double Cheeseburgers until you intestines burst, and then your family should be forced to clean it up.
The visual of someone who would even ask for 10 McMuffins! I'm thinking at least four hundo!
