Cottman Transmission & Total Auto Care - Repair cost and time

We were jerked around for 4 weeks, 2 days while they had no idea how to fix this transmission. They gave an estimate of $2500. Actual price came to $4346. They lied to us what was wrong, and were very unprofessional hanging up on my brother-in-law who called to find out what was taking 4 weeks! I would never recommend them and feel I was grossly over charged

Claimed loss: $1600 over charged plus loss of a vehicle for 4 weeks

Desired outcome: Receive a partial refund of $1600.
