My elderly friend went to your dollar general store on april 1st, @ worthington avenue, clairton pa. Between the hours 1pm-3pm. She has stage 4 emphazima, and had her daughter walk around the store to get the items she needed because she cannot lift heavy things into the buggy. One of those items was a bag of cat litter. When she went to check out the cashier/mgr asked my friend to lift the bag so she could scan it, my friend said that she cant lift the bag it's to heavy, the cashier/mgr said well how did you get it into your buggy, my friend then explained that her daughter was in the store and helped her, then went out to the car to wait for her. My friend then asked a guy behind her if he could lift it for her, and the cashier/mgr said to her "don't ask him, he has nothing to do with this" then said that she not going to come and scan the bag of cat litter because she doesn't want to catch her virus! Implementing that my friend has the corona virus! My friend does not have the corona virus! My friend was so embarassed! My friend asked the cashier/mgr why she was being so mean and disrespectful to her, the cashier/mgr then told my elderly friend that has stage 4 emphazima to "get out of the store and don't come back"! This is unbeleivably disgusting! I cannot beleive that this woman even works with the public! My friend was so upset and hurt, not to mention, she couldn't breath because of her emphazima and this person made it even worse on her! The cashier/mgrs. Name is jen, blond hair and is a white female, the transaction took place between 1pm & 3pm on april 1st. My friends name is shirly smorey, and her phone number is [protected]. I want to know what's going to be done about this! Please call shirly and get this problem resolved as quickly as possible! No elderly person should have to deal with being treated this way! Beattyville, KY 41311 the manager is the same way yelling at people for no reason and baning people if they talk back we need something done about this family t ... Dollar general don't even do this stuff but yet family Dollar are letting they employees and managers treat their customers like [censored] and now me and my girlfriend dang reason for me being banned is I told my girlfriend to drop the stuff and we'll go to Dollar general and my girlfriend ban for someone behind her talking [censored] and the manager that's named Lynn thought it was her so she started grabbing my girlfriend out for nothing...this manager that's named Lynn at FAMILY DOLLAR #484 need to be fired there alot of people boycotting this family Dollar because of a toxic manager
