KeyBank - Customer service

Key bank California city branch, PA 15419.

The customer service is terrible and the teller is very rude to me. Today May 25, 2023 around 3:30 pm, I was going to deposit the cash $. The teller name start with “M” is treated to me very rudely. He threw away and gave my envelopes back to me no respect. I am coming to deposit $ not even $. Is it how they treated the customer like that? This was not his first time he rude to me. The last year, while I was depositing my cash at ATM and ATM machines was broken down and it took my money. I emailed to branch manager Samantha, she said I can contact to ATM dispute and I contacted them. But I was pretty sure the amount wasn’t pretty much the ATM dispute told me and they are gonna pay me back. So, I told them I can wait until the Michael checked the total amount on ATM at Friday. After past that week, I asked Michael, hey do you get my money back? What he said was we don’t see any money for you. We knew whose cash it was. Oh my lord it is my money. I was so pissed off and I didn’t even say a word back to him and just leave. I don’t want to be rude like he did. To honor my dignity, I won’t argue someone for $. He thought that I was lying for $. No time to lie. I am running my own restaurant in his town. I don’t have time to make the story and just to lie for a little money. He didn’t even repay my money back. He is such a racist. He is very nice on other people like white peoples but me I was An Asian and this is how he treated me? Please follow up this matter. If not, I would change other bank for my business checking account. I cannot accept anymore who disrespect to me like that.
