My name is Michael Polon. I had new brake pads and rotors put on my 2020 Nissan Altima on May 27th at the Jack Williams Tire on Lehigh Street in Allentown, PA. About a week went by after getting them and my brakes were squeaking worse than when I brought my car in for service. I know brakes and/or rotors take a few days to break in so that’s why I waited a week. I brought the car back after a week and they did nothing to fix the issue. I called back on Monday 6/5 and a woman answered the phone and said it’s normal to take a couple of weeks for them to break in (which I know is not the case). I called back today and the same woman answered and was pretty rude this time and tried to tell me again that it’s normal. I am pretty sure they gave me substandard brakes and/or rotors at this point. This is getting very irritating to say the least. I have had nothing but good service up until this point. I have bought many tires and other services from Jack Williams without issue. This service right now is completely unacceptable by anyone’s standards. Please reach out to me asap to get this resolved. I paid a lot of money for this service and I want to get what I paid for.
Desired outcome: I want to get the service done that I paid for. My brakes/rotors should not be squeaking still after almost 3 weeks. Like I said previously, I believe you gave me very cheap brakes and that’s why they are squeaking still.
