They are quick to call you for payment,but they never call you when you wait for something.since they took my TV to service they never call back to let me know about it.I have to call all the time to see the updates.after 3 months or so,I call to check on it and they told me they couldn't fix it so they were going to give me a new one.since then I call every week and they have an excuse saying they will bring the TV next day for sure and nothing happened.so I decided that I will get my money back cause the manager is a very irresponsible person.

The issue is with a Phillip TV. I purchased it shortly before Christmas I called told them it was not working. They said that it was the remote so I went down to the store and got a new one. Ok it worked a few days I call again. They say they well ordered a remote. Joke never did. Now the covid 19 understand. Now I take the TV back to the store. Am told they will replace the TV with a new one. I have texts from management tell me a new one will be here in a few minutes they came 4 hours later with an old one. Not work. Now am told it will come in a couple of weeks. So to have a working TV I go and buy a new one. And the team in that store talk to you like you are stupid. And on top of it all they gave me back the TV I took back. The girl who took care of me had me standing the for 25 minutes while she was on her cell phone. And on the store phone. I have never been so unhappy with this store until the older manager left. I only had 6 more payments and I would have been done with them. Now I got a new TV and a new bill for 24 more months thank you for your time.
