Valvoline Instant Oil Change [VIOC]

This is the 3rd time I have contacted you since the issue in April 2023. I contacted you by email 1 week after the damage to my SAAB during oil-change. I have been a loyal customer for years and this was a shock! The staff manager and staff were pleasant but knew they had broken the screw threads on the oil container and as I watched them they talked among themselves and took forever then reported to me that it was damaged and I needed to go ASAP to my mechanic and have it fixed.

I had to have my car towed to a mechanic since ALL the oil drained out on my driveway which cost me $125.00 and then my mechanic was really angry when he saw the situation, he said Valvoline DID cause this and should pay for it! He is will to back me up with this in court if need be. It cost me $240.00 for his service.

It would be really nice if you would reply I feel you me owe that, and yes I am still dumb enough to still use your services.
