Im a part-time employee down at Kids Footlocker in Penn Square Mall, we’ve recently got a new store manager, Shamia. My first time seeing her in the store before knowing who she was, she walked in and I greeted her, she just stopped and stared at me like I was stupid or something and continued to walk to the back room, my first shift with her was even worse, she was being very demanding, aggressive, and rude. She dropped a box we got during shipment down to my feet and stated, “I need you to fold these,” I looked at her like she was crazy and I just stood there, she’s lucky I didnt call my mom because that would’ve ended horribly.
Desired outcome: I want to be transferred upstairs to House of Hoops, i talked to the new District Manager, Sheila, and she demanded i give Shamia and chance because she doesn’t think she’s that type of person… they’re Bestfriend outside of work.
