I was 'switched up' on the vehicle I ordered online. I told them that upon delivery. Doors falling off, windshield fogging up, thermostat sticking, smell of antifreeze inside. Looks like it was wrecked at one time. I was in a head on collision and had to purchase vehicle on line with home delivery. I almost nver got the VIN to add to my insurance; apparently because they'd switched them on me. I ordered a 4WD/AWD Grey/White and was brought a Red 2WD. Told me I had a few days to return which I DID, never heard back. I took it back in and had to drive home with windows down just to see out as windshiels was fogging up so bad in a pouring rain. I let them know and NO RESPONSE... a RIPP OFF. Contacting FTC since it was purchased online. Baint and Switch... what they do apparetly.
