I went BK on Aug. 26th 2019, completed the survey on mybkexperience.com, received the validation code, went to BK again on Sept.12th 2019, and was told that the "...code is no longer good " by the gentleman taking my order through the drive thru. He continues by saying his manager said this. I ended up having to buy a combo. When I went to the window to pay, and after I gave him my credit card and got my food, he said "sorry, we are out of paper"..So, BK did not honor their promise to give me a free Whooper, nor was I given a receipt to fill out another survey. How shady and underhanded! No wonder McDonalds is number 1. The people BK hire is a whole another issue, but that's a different topic. Sad. I will be complaining to BK headquarters, though they probably don't care. By BK, I hope you go out of business.
