Cash America Pawn, Waverly Ohio, location two days ago. Approximately 4:30 pm an employee was supposed to do a scratch test on my ring and instead she put acid directly on my ring causing damage to the inside of the ring. This was after I had brought it to her once and she offered me $300 after she ruined it she didn't want it. I have already reached out to you guys once and I am getting frustrated.

Despite my patient waiting, I have not heard anything from your office, and I find it unacceptable that this matter has not been addressed with the urgency it deserves.

Given the sentimental and monetary value of the ring, I expect this situation to be treated as a top priority. I urgently request that someone from your team reach out to me without further delay to discuss a resolution.
