Cleveland Clinic

Despite being within network with my insurance provider Dr Grabenstetter's office has billed me as out-of-network. I conference called my insurance provider as well as the cleveland clinic billing and all I am hearing from my insurance is that Cleveland Clinic needs to amend the bill and all Cleveland Clinic keeps saying is that it is within their policies and rights to bill as they please. Explain yourself because this is not what GOOD patient care looks like. You are running a blatant billing scam to con unnecessary funds from your patients.
