Associate 247766 Transaction 9693. I purchased 2 pairs of (same style, different colors) Madden Girl sandals for my daughter on 7/28. Took them home, she tried ONE pair on an and did not care for them. I returned them both to the store the very next day and the sales associate accused me of returning damaged goods that had been worn outside. She was rude and honestly abnoxious about it. I explained that thats how the bottoms of those particular shoes are and asked her to pull a pair in a box off the shelf and compare the two so she could see what I meant. She said she was not going to argue with me and she was giving me a full refund and the shoes would HAVE TO BE MARKED DAMAGED (shaking her head and chuckling the whole time) She humiliated me in a store full of people. Just the tone and attitude she had was absolutely unprofessional. I previously worked in customer service for 12 years and have seen firsthand the garbage people return. I get it, but this girl was absolutely wrong. I will never step foot in another Famous Footwear again. She should have apologized. I did pull new shoes right off the shelf MYSELF, waited in line and then showed her the bottoms that clearly looked the SAME as the two pairs I returned. Didnt matter.. blew me off completely.
