The Ohio Lottery Commission

I would like to file a complaint about the ohio lottery. Every time there is a sprinkle of rain the entire lottery system goes down. Now, i’ve been playing lottery for over 20 years and never experienced this insanity until about 2 years ago. It amazes me that how a company worth so much money cannot keep their system running during a simple sprinkle/rain. We live in a time when technology has never been so advanced, yet the ohio lottery system can’t function through a thunderstorm. Aside from that it prevents people from buying their jackpot tickets and even cashing any winners in. You guys need to do better with all the money you make.
