Giant Eagle

The bread has good flavor but is full of really large holes most likely due to incompetent bakery personnell who haven't a clue about how to knead dough. It's impossible to make a sandwich with this bread so my wife used it to make stuffing. Very dissappointing! These issues occur when the yeast isn't properly kneaded into the dough and is clumped in spots where it creates balloons in the dough. Maybe corporate should provide a little training or get rid of those without common sense.
