My West Penn Power account number is [protected]. My charges for the last 3 are the highest I have ever paid. The amounts were $180, $183, and $193. When I had Duquesne Light in my one bedroom apartment in Whitehall Borough, Allegheny County, the monthly bills were around $30 a month from [protected]. I checked the average monthly electric bill for a one bedroom apartment on the internet and it was $60. I have paid triple that for the last 3 months and live on a very low fixed income. Why are your charges so high? My address for these bills was 444 4th St., Apt. B, Monongahela, PA [protected]. I have moved on 3/1/21 to 411 E 8th St., Apt 703-A, Homestead, PA [protected]. I have received phone calls from a person a number of times saying I am being overcharged and am due a refund, gave him my information but he does not help. Thank you.
