I am on Dr ordered O2 around the clock. I have a concentrator which is kept upstairs with the tubing encased in heavy plastic because my cat insists on chewing the tubing. I have finally figured out that if I use tanks downstairs with 7 ft tubes pieced together I can get by with doing housework and also can bring the tanks outside and to the basement where I have been doing work with my nephew. I also go out everyday for 3 -5 hours doing what I need to do to stay healthy and active.
For several months now the delivery man has insisted that I was a problem and gave me a hard time just about every week. Today they did not leave me any E tanks and only left me 12 m-6 tanks. I use that many tanks just taking care of business and will now have none for my downstairs/outside/basement activities.
Basically they are forcing me to choose between having O2 at night or in the daytime.
They also have not been sending my c-pap supplies and 2 months ago sent me a 1 month supply and told me i could not order more until the following month. I still have not received any filters. I had not received any supplies in 6 months before that. .
This company has gone seriously down hill in the past few years. Most especially since I have been using more. Believe me they did not complain when I was only using about 12 tanks a month and they were receiving full payments.
I am thinking about changing to a local supplier. That does not seem like my best bet for travel but it might be worth the hassle.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
