Since July 9, 2019, I have filed the same complaint several times, given useless complaint numbers. I was told i was going to receive a follow up call to make sure my issue was addressed, within 24-48 hours. We are now in August. I am beyond disappointed, baffled, and disgusted! I have been brushed under the rug! My situation may have called for calling the police. Instead I trusted that someone would help me on your end! ANYONE putting their hands on a defenseless child is unacceptable! This was not a case of over reaction, or being overly sensitive. YOUR security personnel scared my child and myself. If you need more information over this matter, as I have explained myself over and over again, please feel free to call me at [protected]. I am losing patience and hope and will have to take matters into my own hands, and address it as I have should of the same day this occurred.
