Five Guys Burgers & Fries

I arrived at the Saratoga springs location with five of my friends on 7/22/2023 at 915 and found the door locked and the store being cleaned the hours on the glass say there open til ten pm I knocked on the glass and a lady in a black shirt approached and told us that the store was closed and wouldn't be open til 11 am tomorrow I stated the sign says they are open and she said well we are not tonight I asked for her name and she declined and was very short with me and stomped off as I was asking why they refused to serve us something has to be done about this I regularly go here and this is not like any of the other local stores it is less then Mediocore and does not stand up to the standard of every other store I have been to up and down the east coast
