My wife and I took our 15 year old daughter to be seen as she got sick at work. This was on July 15,2023 Her work wanted her to get checked out. My wife took her in and they asked for insurance cards and a photo ID of my minor daughter we had the insurance cards, but not the ID she can not get one till she gets her permit at the age of 16. Her mother came out; so I went in and complained about it the lady asked my daughter 3 more times if she had an ID and again we told them no she is a minor. We were told that due to their policy that they need photo ID to be seen. After I asked them if they were a medical facility. They said yes. So I asked them if they are allowed to refuse medical treatment. They said that due to their policy that they can, however they will see her. we waited for about 5 min was not a long wait. went back in and the nurse said that if she needs any testing done that she will have to go to the ER. (They test there I have had test done for other medical treatments) (They also do work drug testing there) The Provider Egbert came in and listen to her lungs, heart, and stomach. He then said that she has a stomach bug. (It has been going around he said.) My daughter was getting worse so we took her to the ER on the next day as she was not getting any better and was in fact getting worse. She was diagnosed with a UTI with Cysts, Hematuria, and dehydration. The staff said that we should report Wellnow, and that they were going to do the same. As you can see in the attached files she is a minor born on 03/31/2008
Desired outcome: I would like them to be fined, forced to change their policies, and to be monitored for other malpractices in the last 5 years.

My 19 yr old daughter decided she would get out of work early in order to go to urgent care before they close at 11pm. She got there at 10:32 as per my life 360 locationn app and they turned her away because they had enough patients.
Also this was in Rome NY 8/22/23
