Kohl's - Service

I’m writing to complain about an unacceptable experience I had at your Oceanside, NY location (Store 0418). I want to preface this complaint by saying that I am a loyal Kohl’s shopper and have appreciated the fine customer service that I have received in the past.

On June 1, 2023 at 4:04 pm, I attempted to purchase two (2) Apt. 9 Performance Dress Shirts in a hard-to-find size of 17-17.5, 36-37. The shirts were on sale for $34.99 as per the sign. Above that sign, was a red sign that said BUY 1 GET 1 ½ OFF. See attached photos of store sign and my sales receipt #. When the cashier rang up my items, the 2nd shirt was not ½ off and I questioned it. The cashier called over the manager who told me that the sign was wrong and she would have to charge me ½ off the regular price of $48. I tried to explain to the manager that the sign did not say BUY 1 AT REGULAR PRICE, GET 1 ½ OFF. The manager walked away and never returned, so I was unable to get her name. I can describe the manager as a short, black female with a Caribbean accent in her 50’s.

I did purchase one of the shirts out of desperation; however, I must say I felt disrespected because the manager walked way and she insulted my reading comprehension. Please advise.

Kohl's - Payments not applied.

I made several payments on line in the space of one month. After each one I received confirmation. However when my statement came I was overdrawn and had a late charge. Went into the store was told to call customer service which was hopeless. The woman gave me a number to call which turned out to be a fax machine. I then called again to make at least a payment until this matter was resolved. The late charge was supposed to be removed. It was not. I emailed and sent all the confirmation. No word back. I am closing my account. They lost a good customer, and her family.

Desired outcome: Why my payments were. Out applied. Return of late charge. Note on my account i5 was Kohls error why I was late.
