SalvageWorld.net - never returned my deposit

they said they needed an 800.00$ deposit, I asked for it back in March and they said they had it, at the end of July I called to see why it was taking so long, they said I did business with another co. called " sss auto" there is no place called that that sells salvage cars

If anyone would like me to join with suing Salvage World, I am ready. They just suspend my account 2 days ago claiming that I threaten and harass them.
This what happened, I bid on a car for $ 1050 then I was out of bid. I got an email from them saying call us now. I replied saying "My best offer was $1050 if you got the $ 3800 just plz sell it." Then, same person replayed "What you talking about? You did not win it, I will close your account." I sent back email saying you are the worst person ever doing business you idiot, and I need your boss contact number." Then, She replied " I am the manager and I will close your account, we do not need customer like you, Threaten us and harass us. After that, I emailed the costumer service and coping all emails I got and sent. Few minutes after I sent that email, that person sent me an email saying" I will block your email too." So I got angry and emailed her back saying to her bad names like b i t c h and S L U T and don't reach me or contact me via any media. She sent me an email after that and also called my number and left a msg saying "You forgot to add the bad names that you called me to your complaint I am the manager here." OMG. That email was after my complaint. She also, threaten me to call authorities if I called or reached that organization. By the way, this company ripping people off and I think we need to sue them.

They are fraudulent and everybody that bids is considered the higher bidder until you put down a $500 dollar deposit at which point they tell you that you've been outbid. On their website they say that they will negotiate with the car insurance, however there is no negotiation. They put your bid through copart and copart is a live auction. At this point you bid against in-person bidders who are at the physical auction site. Whoever is the highest bidder at the site will win the car. There are no negotiation between Salvage World and insurance companies. I am an American Express member and many people have already complained of not getting their deposits back. I will be filing a complaint with American Express and the District Attorney. I believe we, as consumers, need to band together and create a class-action lawsuit against Salvage World. After I asked for my deposit back they suspended my account and they want to keep it for 60 days.
