I subscribed for the website www.birchbox.com. I got two boxes with the beauty products, but the quality was poor. Also the products have specific smell. After I got two boxes, the employees from this company stopped the further orders and vanished somewhere. They didn’t reply to my emails. They didn’t send the boxes and I tried to cancel the subscription, but I tried to do it online and the website showed that it was impossible to stop it. The customer services didn’t communicate with me.
Birchbox - I got only 3 boxes, but my subscription would end soon
I subscribed for the website www.birchbox.com. I paid for the 6 months subscription, but it would finish soon. However, I have received only 3 boxes. I already asked the seller, when I would get the remaining boxes, but still this guy hasn’t provided any info or help. It was really strange and suspicious experience. I won’t advise it to other people, because it is impossible to prove anything.
Birchbox - I got only bad things and products from them
I subscribed for beauty box from the website www.birchbox.com. The price was $10 per month, but I got the first box and was disappointed. It really sucked and all things I threw out. The next box was the similar and when I tried to cancel my subscription, nothing happened. They continued to send boxes and charge me. I really need help and hopes that someone would help me to cancel it and return money back. Please, post comments.
I am getting money deducted from my account and not receiving boxes.

Something fishy going on.
I have been a paid member receiving boxes for about 10 years. My subscription was paid up to be renewed in March 2023 but I've not received boxes since August. I've tried contacting the company multiple times with no response. An auto email makes it clear that messages are not even read.
haven't gotten a box in 5 months and have been paying for the year plan by the plan there you have been taking my hard-earned money for 5 months and not sending me anything.
I have not received a Box I cannot log on anymore they change the platform for Birch Box the customer service phone number does not work my emails countless emails have not been answered I have to call my credit card company I guess
