I called several times to ask a quick question about the OTC medications I purchased today. I called at around 17:59, was on hold for 4 minutes and then the call hung up. I called back at 18:03, waited for 12 minutes and was hung up on again. Try again at 18:15, again no one answers, no one says please hold, no communication at all. I then try Rite Aid-someone answers within one minute, transfers me to the pharmacist and my question was answered within 4 minutes. Actually disappointing considering I spent over $80 today at CVS not RiteAid. As a courtesy to their customers at least answer the phone and place the customer on hold, request a call back... Not very professional.
The pharmacy folks get tired of the phone ringing incessantly and they pick it up and hang up! CVS is woefully under-staffed at every location! One would think insurance companies would look at pharmacy reviews before assigning their clients to one specific pharmacy! One would also think that CVS would look at these reviews and try to get at least 2 star review in 2019!
