I had an appoitment set for the 28th I thought of November for my car but they called back and said that they would have to change the appointment to Saturday the 2nd of December at which time my inspection would be ran out. So my son went to the appointment he was set up for 11:00 A.M. at arrival he waited an hour or more for car to be pulled in the car went in Quiet and came out loud as Heck they put the car up in the air and they left it set there with out doing any thing cus the mechanic went to Lunch and made my son sit another hour an a half for them to come back when came back they looked under the car and son said they where beating on the car with a Hammer being an ex mechanic I figured they had to beat the tires cus they were stuck but at the end of all that they brought my son out to look at the exhaust at which time the guy working on it grabbed the Pipe Push up on it and pulled down on it breaking the Flang on the Catilatic convertor and told my son it was Broken and needed to be replaced along with it needed brakes wipers and the exhaust fixed so he Called me and I talked to who ever was in charge i ask for a 10 Day so I could fix it and Bring back for inspection and he said he was not able to do so because it was a Safety issue so after arguing with him they finally let the car out with no inspection sticker and a loud exhaust they were not responsible for the exhaust that they created the problem they didnt have to fix it or hang it up to where it wasnt free hanging My son drove it home and we took to another shop and they re inspected and fixed the flang and wanted to know why the shop was messing with the exhaust any way cus the car was quiet as far as wipers I had the replaced a Month prior to this appointment the brakes were Fine and Mavis would have been able to put a Ten day on cus alot of people do not have alot of money to fix issues that the shop creates

Desired outcome: I think this shop needs to be looked into my son was out of your shop at 3 p.m. the shop manager is hooked on his self and he also I think he either needs to be re trained or put out I was able to get the car in and out of other shop

Mavis Discount Tire - Vehicle repair
September 7th 2023 I brought my 2009 nissan to Mavis discount tires in Geneseo, New York to have my driver's side looked at cause it was causing a clunking noise around tire area. They called Monday September 11 and said the passenger side intermediate shaft had a crack and I asked is this what's causing the clunking noise in my driver side and making the tire fell bumpy they assured me that it was, so they fixed that. I pick up vehicle and drive down the road and it's still making clunking noise on driver side that I came in for. The work they did is costing me $1400 now and I still have the same problem. I bring my vehicle back they now say it could be driveshaft making noise and they offer to put a cv shaft on the driver side at there cost. I pick vehicle up today sept.14 and I still have the same problem on the driver side that I originally came in for. So if they would have looked at the driver side like I came in for I wouldn't be having to pay $1400 for something that is still making clunking noises. Now I have to bring to another garage to have it checked out.

Every time i have made an appointment on line and then called to confirm there is always an issue. I dropped my truck off this morning to have new tires put on and when i arrived i immediately received a rude attitude from the manager Tom. He stated my appointment was scheduled for tomorrow when i had an email conformation for today 4/9/19. He then gave me an issue about the price. I am a loyal customer and take all three of my vehicles there. When i scheduled the appointment it was over the phone with a man named Victor and he gave me loyal customer discounts. I was just not happy with the customer service i received today at the Geneseo Mavis.
