NYC Housing Authority [NYCHA]

the housing manager at Atlantic Terminal houses is harassing me from the rent office by charging me a transfer process fee of $238.60 and it's wronge and unfounded charge on my account and now she won't fix it and I have paperwork that shows she has made a mistake and she won't listen to anything I'm saying because she don't know how to talk to people in the rent office making threats to me because I'm telling her she is stealing my credit of $220.00 for this transfer processing fee that I don't owe them at all! please help me because I'm disable with a home attended and she thinks that means I'm dumb! this matter been going on for three weeks now and I'm looking to get a lawyer to sue housing if they don't fix the mistake Ms. Reid's made because she don't like me!
