The managers schedule who they want when they want. One associate comes and goes as he pleases. His name is Korey. He smoked downstairs in the basement and the manager knows. He gets other jobs you don’t see him, then he comes back taking all the hours. I get one day a week now and I work independently. They are quote on quote best friends and the other manager has a problem, I guess is the reason I’m not getting hours anymore. One manager comes drunk and sleeps in the fitting room. She’s always late, doesn’t send a text saying she’s going to be late, and then clocks you in for the time she came.

I place an online order at 11AM for pickup same day, and I notice the time and decided to call the store about my order. Manager on duty at the time told me it takes hours for the orders to come through for processing and we kept going back and forth for about 10minutes only for her to end up asking me my name and told me she received my order at 8:30 PM to process. How is that even possible when the store closes at 9 PM and I asked for same day pick. The manager on duty at 2184 White Plains Rd Bronx NY 10462 was beyond extreme disrespectful, rude and totally unhelpful she also refused to provide me her name. Place the phone down and left me on hold. I try calling back, but she didn't answer. I am extremely disgusted with her behavior and how she handle the situation. You shouldn't have works like that working for your brand if they don't know how to treat their customers.
